LITTLE SURFERS
U5-U7: Fun & Foundational Skills
We prioritize teaching fundamental skills like dribbling, passing, and receiving through engaging activities. Our goal is to spark a lifelong love for the beautiful game, ensuring kids have fun, begin their player development, and are excited to keep playing.
ACADEMY
U7–U10: Skill Building in a Competitive Environment
At this stage, players develop strong technical foundations. Ball mastery, 1v1 skills, and basic decision-making within a fun, game-based format. Players compete in local NTX academy leagues like to challenge themselves and grow confidence.
COMPETITIVE (DFW)
U11–U19: Compete in local DFW leagues
These teams compete in strong local leagues such as Classic League. The focus is on continued player development with structured training, good competition, and progression within a positive team environment. It’s the ideal level for players developing toward higher competition or seeking balance with other commitments.
NATIONAL LEAGUE CLUB (FDL)
U13–U19: Compete vs. the Best in Texas
The National League teams represent a step up in competition, facing top programs across Texas. Players experience higher intensity games, greater tactical challenges, and exposure through National League events with opportunities to advance to state and national championships.
ELITE (Girls Academy & Texas 2)
U13–U19: Regional/National Competition & College Pathway
The highest level of competition at Surf, our teams face the best clubs across the country. With structured league play, regular college showcases, and a clear pathway to the collegiate game, this platform supports committed players aspiring to reach the next level.
SURF SELECT
Invitation-Only: Regional to National Teams
Surf Select is Surf’s exclusive identification program, starting with regional player selections across all Surf clubs. Top performers are invited to represent Surf at the national level, with opportunities to compete in elite domestic and international events. This pathway offers added development and exposure for players excelling within their teams and environments.
