We’re thrilled to welcome Lance Williams as our Programs Director, a seasoned professional with an impressive 39 years of coaching experience. Lance holds the US Soccer A license and the National Youth license. He currently serves as a US Soccer Educator teaching the Grassroots courses. Lance is a former State Director of Coaching and Sporting Ambassador to Brazil for the US State Department’s Partners of the Americas program. With nearly four decades of expertise in the soccer coaching realm, Lance is poised to elevate our programs and lead us to new heights of success.
Lance enjoyed a successful college career, Captaining Averett University. After attending Graduate School to earn his Masters degree in Sport Administration, Lance played semi-pro soccer ultimately earning a training stint with the Colorado Rapids of MLS. While honored to be considered, he chose to focus on his coaching career rather than continuing on as a player.

As the Programs Director, Lance Williams assumes pivotal roles within our organization. His responsibilities encompass not only leading and overseeing our Camps, Clinics and Supplemental Training programs, ensuring that our players receive top-notch coaching to nurture their skills and foster a culture of excellence, but also guiding the strategic direction of our Futures program. Lance’s dual roles underscore his commitment to shaping a soccer environment that prioritizes skill development, excellence, and strategic growth.
