Parent Engagement Director
Meet Coach Rick Hadwick.
Coach Rick leads the Dallas Surf Parent Engagement Program, helping families better understand the NTX soccer landscape, long-term player development and how to positively support their child's journey in the game.
Rick combines decades of coaching and educational experience with the perspective of a parent raising three young athletes. A US Soccer Coach Educator and Professor at the University of North Texas, he specializes in sports psychology, coaching science, and long term athlete development, helping families better understand how to support their child’s growth both on and off the field.
